How do I earn points?
You can earn Marx points with our partner rewards merchants, In app billers who are reward partners, competitions, monthly spend etc…
How do I redeem points?
- You can redeem Marx points with our partner rewards merchants in store and In app billers.
- You can also can combine payments with Marx points and Bank account or Cards with our rewards partner merchants.
What if I want to change my mobile number which is registered with Marx?
Simply reach our call center on 0115 500 400 or email us to support@marx.lk and request for a re-registration.
What is the value of a Marx Rewards point?
1 point = 1 Rupee.
How long is my Marx Circle membership registration valid for?
There is no expiry but for non-active payments for 2 months will result membership downgraded to Marx member.
